Garrard Missis Out This Season Finale


Due to injury on middle finger playing against Indianapolis David Garrard will not play the season finale at Houston. He had surjury on his finger this Thursday.

He wasn't present in the practice session on Wednesday this was his forth consecutive miss.
He hit his finger on opponents helmet during the play on Dec.19 2010 result an injury.
Garrard's injury probably might not do much to dampen those feelings. After all, he's just 39-37 as a starter and has one playoff victory.

This season was one of his best, though. He completed 64.5 percent of his passes for 2,734 yards, with 23 TD passes and 15 interceptions and a passer rating of 90.8.

Garrard replaced by Edwards when he left the field against Titans on Monday due to injury. Edwards was also unavailable in some matches due to thumb injury New man joureneyman Todd Bouman got the start.

Bouman likely will serve as the backup this week against the Texans.
